I recently saw aa relatable meme on the internet that read, ” You know it’s Fall when all the girls are in those army green jackets”. And it couldn’t be anymore true. Every year the green, army green, olive, cargo, army, military jackets come out to play for outfits and for the changing weather. Last year I posted links to my favorite ones and since then I have collected a few. But, currently, this $20 steal from Zara is warming my heart with its color, oversizing and street style vibes writing on the back.
As mentioned in a previous post and a post coming up there is something about army green/olive that compliments red, without screaming Christmas and it is very pleasing to the eye. (Must be that they are complimentary colors . . . checkout a colorwheel). With the unique colors in the dress and pairing of the green parka, I kept this look really simple, adding a pair of baby blue heels that have been featured before.
